What are the benefits?
With the Women’s Best Protein Iced Coffee, we’ve developed a product that combines high-quality whey protein with the taste of a creamy iced coffee, while specifically supporting muscle building and recovery.
As the base of our formula, we use a combination of cross-flow microfiltered (CFM) whey protein isolate and ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate from the milk of grass-fed pasture-raised cows. Together, they provide all essential amino acids and optimally support the body in muscle building and recovery.
Our Women’s Best Protein Iced Coffee not only delivers a delicious and creamy taste, but also contains 96% less sugar and around 60% fewer calories than traditional iced coffee. It provides 22 g of protein per serving, helping you easily meet your daily protein needs. It contains coffee powder from real Arabica coffee beans, and its caffeine content is equivalent to about one cup of coffee. This makes it ideal for starting your day or whenever you need an extra energy boost.
Why protein should not be missing from any diet.
Protein is an essential building block of the body and is crucial for the growth and maintenance of muscles, tissues, enzymes, and hormones. Since the body can hardly store protein, it must be consumed regularly through food.
The benefits of adequate protein intake are diverse: it promotes the release of the satiety hormones PYY and GLP-1, which can help reduce the hunger hormone ghrelin and lower cravings. In addition, protein is an essential building block for bones, skin, hair, and nails, as well as for numerous enzymes and hormones.
Protein also provides the essential amino acids required for building and maintaining muscle mass. Especially when combined with regular training, sufficient protein intake supports muscle protein synthesis, promotes recovery after physical activity, and contributes to maintaining a healthy body composition in the long term.
With the Women’s Best Protein Iced Coffee, we’ve created a product that combines high-quality whey protein with the authentic taste of iced coffee. It’s ideal for anyone looking to support their muscles after training, enjoy an energy boost in the morning, or choose a delicious, protein-rich alternative to traditional iced coffee.
How do I take it?
Recommended use:
Add 1 scoop (30 g) to 250 ml of cold almond milk in a shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
For optimal results:
On training days: Drink 1 shake approx. 15–30 minutes after your workout and a second shake at any other time during the day.
On rest days: Drink 1–2 shakes at any time during the day.
Our tip:
This product achieves the perfect balance of creaminess and intensity when prepared with cold almond milk. You can of course also use water or another milk alternative. Please note that this may change the texture and taste.

100% Arabica coffee
Not all protein is the same.
Our Women’s Best Protein Iced Coffee is the result of a carefully balanced combination of high-quality ingredients and consists of cross-flow microfiltered whey protein isolate and ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate.
The whey protein isolate contains a particularly high concentration of essential and branched-chain amino acids (EAAs and BCAAs), while the whey protein concentrate is quickly absorbed by the body. By combining these two protein sources, your body is optimally supported in recovery and muscle building.
Protein – scientifically backed.
Studies show that adequate protein intake is essential for muscle building and the maintenance of muscle mass. Around 30 g of high-quality protein per meal, evenly distributed throughout the day, has been shown to deliver the best results.
Protein sources with a high content of essential amino acids, especially leucine, are particularly effective in stimulating muscle protein synthesis after training. During periods of a calorie deficit, requirements may be even higher to help preserve valuable lean muscle mass. Combined with regular training, protein works synergistically and supports the body’s adaptation processes on multiple levels at the same time.

Essential for muscle building & recovery.
Intense training creates targeted stimuli that place strain on muscle fibers at a microscopic level. This leads to microtraumas, to which the body responds with increased muscle protein synthesis. The protein consumed is broken down into amino acids and transported directly into the muscles, where new tissue is built and damaged structures are repaired.
Three factors are key: progressive training stimuli, sufficient protein intake, and adequate recovery. Muscle growth primarily occurs during rest phases, supported by sleep and hormonal processes. Essential amino acids, especially leucine, play a central role in this process.
