HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Having to return something can be annoying — we know. Therefore, we have tried to make this process as easy as possible for you.
Simply go to womensbest.com/Returns and get your prepaid shipping label.

In order to avoid any delays with your return, follow these easy steps with your return documents.

  1. Print out your prepaid shipping label, packing slip, FedEx AWB copy and the commercial invoice
  2. Add your packing slip INSIDE the parcel
  3. Sign the commercial invoice, and together with the FedEx AWB copy put them into the included transparent envelope and attach it to the parcel
  4. Affix the prepaid shipping label next to the transparent envelope
  5. Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your parcel
These documents are required for customs, so please be sure to complete all the steps.

Refund & Store Credit:

When registering a return, you can choose either to receive a refund or store credit (Gift Card) as compensation.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund/gift card to be issued.
