We only use amino acids derived from plant-based ingredients in our Women's Best EAA. How do I take it?
Mix 1 scoop (7 g) with 350–400 ml (12–14 fl. oz.) of cold water in a shaker and shake well for 10 seconds. Adjust the amount of water according to taste preference.
For best results:On training days: 1–3 scoops during your workout.
On rest days: 1–2 scoops at any time of the day.
Intake:
High EAA Level (5392 mg): Mix 1 scoop (7 g) with 350–400 ml (12–14 fl. oz.) of cold water.
Intense EAA Level (10783–16175 mg): Mix 2–3 scoops (14–21 g) with 700–1200 ml (24–42 fl.oz.) of cold water.
