How do I take it?
Recommended use: Mix 350 ml of water with 1, 2, or 3 level scoops of powder according to the table below. Follow the intake recommendations so your gut can gradually adjust to the increased fiber intake. We recommend taking it before or with a meal.

Adequate fiber intake is one of the most important factors for proper digestion. Fiber binds water in the gut, increases stool volume, and gently stimulates the intestinal lining. Positive effects on cardiovascular health.

Lower risk of type 2 diabetes.
Fiber slows the absorption of carbohydrates in the gut. This causes blood sugar to rise more slowly after a meal, and insulin also rises more evenly. Fiber for colon cancer prevention.
Colon cancer is increasingly occurring in younger adults as well.
